We (Dark Matter Studios) provide players and fans of Epic Role Playing free resources that can be downloaded and shared from our website. As a company that firmly believes in fan-based contributions, we allow or players to remix, tweak, and build upon these forms, maps, and other web-based downloads, so long as it is done non-commercially. The following Creative Commons License applies to all downloaded material:

Fan-Based Material and Mods (Non-commercial)

As a company that firmly believes in fan-based contributions, we (Dark matter Studios) acknowledge, endorse, and promote fans and players of Epic Role Playing to modify, adapt, and build upon the content, plots, characters, stories and narratives, monsters, magic, rules, artwork, maps, concepts, and other material related to Epic Role Playing, so long as it is done non-commercially (royalty-free) and shared with others with a similar philosophy in mind. The following Creative Commons License applies to all such fan-based creations with the noted addendum:

a. Creative Commons License: Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike (by-nc-sa): http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/
b. Addendum to Creative Commons License: Any content from fan-based material and mods such as plots, characters, stories and narratives, monsters, magic, rules, maps, concepts, and other material related to Epic Role Playing posted on the official Epic Role playing forum or other official platform of Dark Matter Studios, grants Dark Matter Studios the nonexclusive right to include such material royalty-free into future projects of Dark Matter Studios. All such authors will be acknowledged in the front matter of Dark Matter products which include the relevant fan-based material. This purpose of this addendum is to coalesce community developed material into official game releases and to establish canonical material drawn from player and community developed material.
